Online Learning Courses
Our online courses can be accessed from anywhere via our Learning Management System.
Once you have started your course the LMS will record any progress so the next time you log in,
you just start off where you finished the last time.
By using the Microsoft Online Learning products
on this site, you agree to the terms on the End User License Agreement (EULA).
System Requirements
Technical requirements for Microsoft Online training courses
Minimum System Requirements to view most Online Learning courses:
- A Pentium II, 256 MB RAM with a processor speed greater than or equal to 400 MHZ.
- Microsoft® Windows® 2000 or higher.
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher.
- Adobe Flash 7.0 or higher (1MB disk space needed to install).
- Microsoft Windows Media Player 7.0 or higher.
- Microsoft XML Core Services 3.0 or higher.
- A Super VGA monitor with minimum screen resolution 1024x768, with 16-bit colour.
- A sound card, with either speakers or headphones (for multi-media audio).
- Internet bandwidth of 56K or faster. Broadband internet access is recommended.
For courses containing Virtual Server-based labs you will also need:
- Microsoft Virtual Server ActiveX control (1MB disk space needed to install).
Technical requirements for Online CIMA training courses
Our online CIMA training courses are delivered electronically over the internet. Therefore,
to successfully take a course you will need a web enabled computer that meets the system
requirements below.
Minimum PC requirements
- Microsoft Windows 2000 or above
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or above, or Mozilla Firefox 1.5 or above
- 256 Kbps or faster Internet connection
- 128 MB RAM or higher
- 1024 x 768 screen resolution
- 32-bit colour depth/video display
- Adobe Flash Player plug-in version 6 or higher
Minimum MAC requirements
- Mac OS X Panther or above
- Apple Safari 1.3 or above
- 256 Kbps or faster Internet connection
- 128 MB RAM or higher
- 1024 x 768 screen resolution
- 32-bit colour depth/video display
- Adobe Flash Player plug-in version 6 or higher
Technical Requirements for Online Sage Training Courses
To use our Sage training courses you will need a computer that meets the minimum requirements below.
Our courses work with Microsoft Office 2000 and all later editions. Performance will be improved when
the course is run on a higher specification computer and network.
To run an online Sage training course you must have at least:
- Microsoft Windows 2000, Windows Server 2003, Windows XP or Windows Vista*.
- Internet Explorer 7 or above.
- An IBM compatible computer with a 1GHz or equivalent processor.
- 512MB RAM.
- 400MB of free disk space after Microsoft Windows has been installed.
- Network users only: 100Mbps network with Microsoft Windows networking.
Please make sure that you have the latest Microsoft updates installed.
Please note that it is not possible to install multiple copies of this product on a single computer.
*Not compatible with Windows Vista 64-Bit.
- Windows XP.

- At least 1GB RAM.
- At least 600MB of free disk space after Microsoft Windows has been installed.
- Network users only: 1Gbps network with Microsoft Windows networking.
Technical Requirements for Online ITIL Training Courses
Our online ITIL training courses are highly flexible, allowing access anywhere in the world,
at anytime, via a web enabled computer. Our partner, Glenfis AG, has designed the courses to be
scalable, operating on many varying hardware setups and specifications. The basic requirements
however are outlined below.
