Returns Policy
Cancellations and returns
You
may cancel any order within 7 days (14 days outside UK) of the date on which you have received
the Goods. In the case of any Online Services, subject to the
details below you may cancel an order within 7 days (14 days
outside UK) of the date on
which you confirm to the Company that you wish to go ahead with the
contract to purchase those Online Services.
Your
right of cancellation shall not apply if you have used the Goods. In
the case of any Electronic Products, cancellation shall only be possible
if permitted by the EULA and you have not used the Electronic Products,
which you shall be deemed to have done as and when you have activated your
subscription or otherwise accessed the Electronic Products or broken any
security seal on them.
Any
notice of cancellation must be sent by you to the Company, quoting the
relevant order number. If the Goods have been delivered to you, you
are responsible for returning the Goods to the Company at your own risk,
cost and expense. Whilst the Company will grant you a refund of any
purchase price paid for the returned Goods (as and when it has received
the Goods and checked that the Goods are in an unused and re-saleable
condition), it will not refund any delivery charges incurred by the
Company in initially sending the Goods to you. In the case of
Electronic Products, no refund will be made until the Company has
confirmed you have not used them, activated your subscription or otherwise
accessed the Electronic Products or broken any security seal on them.
'No fault' returns within 7 working days
Right to cancel: You can cancel your purchase within
7 working days of delivery of your product by:

DO NOT POST THE PRODUCT TO US AT THIS ADDRESS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST. We will send you full returns
instructions (including an authorisation code) and refund details.
Postage must be pre-paid unless we authorise
otherwise. If authorised all products MUST be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class post unless otherwise directed by Coburg Banks IT.
To cancel your purchase your product must be complete, unused, in 'as new' condition with the original box, packing and
accessories. Pre-recorded CDs and software must be sealed. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.
We cannot cancel your purchase when:
- you cannot provide proof of purchase;
- the seal has been broken on any product;
- the product is returned in a condition or packaging other than that detailed above.
